Returns and refunds

Requesting a return

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with any tags that were supplied.

Email support@roundritualgolf.com with your order number or other proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items to a manufacturer or supplier address without our instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

You pay the return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once the eligible item is returned, we refund the price you paid for it and any applicable tax. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email support@roundritualgolf.com with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging can help us review the issue, but photos are not the only way to establish a problem. Contact us when you discover it so we can help.

For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we cover necessary return shipping costs and provide the appropriate refund, including the affected item's price, applicable tax, and original shipping charges attributable to that item. We will explain whether a return is needed and how to send it back. The unused-item and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return instructions and refunds

Round Ritual Golf handles your return request. We will provide an appropriate return destination privately when a return is needed. In some cases, we may confirm that you can receive a refund without returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If we confirm that no return is needed, we issue the refund within 10 business days of that confirmation. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. We will contact you if there is an issue with return eligibility or the refund amount.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law. Where those rights differ from this policy, the applicable legal requirements take priority.
